This ‘Heritage House’ has great views of Mt. Tam and bountiful sun exposure. The house had been abused by several inappropriate additions and renovations over the years. Our task was to return it to its former glory and adapt the interior for today’s more casual lifestyle.

Interior floor levels were adjusted to achieve four full stories connected by a central staircase. The top two floors are reserved for bedrooms, while the main level is for entertaining and the lower level provide an office and playroom.
