We were tasked with the design objective to renovate and modernize a small Sycamore Park 1940’s cottage into an outdoor-friendly family home. We converted the second floor attic space into five hundred square feet of habitable area, including two bedrooms and a bathroom.

We flipped the kitchen location to the rear to create a family friendly area off of the new rear deck.
